For Immediate Release

San Benedetto, CA - Last night, the San Benedetto Paranormal History Museum hosted its soft opening event at the historic Ladies Aid Lodge. Amidst the excitement and anticipation, a tragic incident occurred that has cast a somber shadow over the occasion.

It is with heavy hearts that we express our deepest condolences to the family, friends, and colleagues of a local building inspector, who was discovered deceased inside the museum's ancient Egyptian sarcophagus. As we navigate through this incredibly distressing time, the name of the victim is being withheld out of respect for their loved ones, and to allow for proper notifications to be made.

The circumstances surrounding this tragic event are currently under investigation by the San Benedetto Police Department. We are fully cooperating with law enforcement as they diligently work to determine the cause of death. The safety and well-being of our visitors and staff remain our top priority, and we are committed to assisting in any way we can to bring clarity to this unfortunate incident.

The San Benedetto Paranormal History Museum was founded with a mission to explore the mysteries of history and the unexplained, and it is our sincere hope that we can continue to provide a place of learning, discovery, and community engagement once these matters are resolved.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all those who attended the soft opening event, and we apologize for any distress this incident may have caused. Our thoughts and prayers are with the victim's family during this incredibly challenging time.

Further updates will be provided as more information becomes available. For inquiries, please contact Maddie Kosloski at the San Benedetto Paranormal History Museum.
